Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

For returns, the item must be in its original condition as when you received it, i.e., unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If the goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exception/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items are non-refundable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized goods), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Furthermore, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items.

We're sorry, we do not accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

Exchange

The best way to ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible is to return the item you already own, and then purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

Refund

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
